Trial Judge's Historical Record Forms
As you trial judge to establish your record for
each appointment, it is important to keep records of your results. Most judges
use a paper form that resembles the following (fictitious) example:

Usually, we laboriously figure these out on
pieces of paper, then total up the statistics (or we let our monitors worry
about all that stuff...). Well, here's some Excel worksheets that will help you
to automatically calculate all those nasty statistics. If you have Excel 5.0 or
later, download the appropriate worksheet from below. They come with full
instructions.
