| Years and years of dedicated effort and
practice; thousands of hours spent on the ice subdivided by 15
increasingly difficult and demanding Tests. And then you get 4
minutes to put it all on the line; 4 minutes of all-out physical effort
that must be technically perfect and yet somehow magically look
effortlessly beautiful. That's the Senior Freeskating test, the
pinnacle of the USFS test structure. On June 9 2005, Jennifer Fabro of the Onyx SA met this demanding challenge, becoming one of a very small fraction of skaters able to call themselves Gold Medalists.
