GFR - Adult Gold Freestyle Test

Jumps	Axel Lutz 2 additional different single jumps 1 jump from the following: split, stag, falling leaf, half loop
Combos	Jump combination with 2 different single jumps
Spins	2 different solo spins (min 4 revs) Combo spin with only 1 change of foot and at least 1 change of position (4 revs/foot)
Moves	Step sequence - either straight line or circular Connecting moves consisting of spirals, strong edges, good use of the music and full utilization of the ice surface
