Masters Senior Competition Elements

Masters Senior Well-Balanced Freeskate (FS)

Jumps
  • The number of single and double is not limited
  • For triple(+) jumps, only 2 different types of jump (eg flip) may be repeated. These may be attempted only twice each, once as a solo and once in a combo or sequence (number of jumps in sequence is otherwise unlimited)
Jump Combos At least 1 combo or sequence, but no more than 3 total (number of jumps included in combo or sequence is free). Additional jump sequences which contain no more than 1 revolution performed as part of connecting footwork preceding double or triple jumps are permitted.
Spins Min of 3 spins of a different nature (min 6 revs)
  • one must be spin combination (min 10 total revs)
  • one must be flying spin
Steps
  • 1 step sequence (straight-line, circular, serpentine, or other) fully using ice surface
  • Men: 1 Moves in the field, fully using the ice surface
  • Ladies: 1 sequence of spirals and/or freeskating movements (such as turns, arabesques, and spread eagles), fully utilizing the ice surface

Master Senior Eligibility Requirements

21 or older JRF, or 6th (any) 3750 (not qualifying)
