PJF - PreJuvenile Freestyle Test

Jumps
  • Loop
  • Flip
  • Lutz
Combos Jump combo with choice of above with a loop jump. The loop jump must be the second jump.
Spins
  • Camel spin (min 3 revs)
  • Camel to sit spin combo (no change of foot) (min 6 total revs)
  • Front scratch to back scratch combo - exit on spinning foot (min 4 revs/foot)
Moves Connecting moves and steps should be demonstrated throughout the program
