Pre-Preliminary Well-Balanced Freeskate (FS)

Jumps	No limit on number of single jumps Axel is permitted (which may be repeated in solos, sequences, or combinations). No double jumps.
Jump Combos	At least 1 combo or sequence, but no more than 3 total (number of jumps included in combo or sequence is free)
Spins	Min of 2 spins of a different nature (min 3 revs)
Steps	1 step or spiral sequence
Rulebook	2006 Rulebook / #3711 // Duration: (not specified)

There is no PrePreliminary SP defined in the 2006 Rulebook. PrePreliminary skaters are not eligible for Qualifying competition.
