Jumps At least 3 different single jumps; one must be Salchow, one must be toe loop
Combos Waltz/Toe Loop combination
Spins
  • 1-foot upright spin (4 revs)
  • 1-foot back spin - entry optional (3 revs)
  • Sit spin (3 revs)
Moves Connecting moves, steps and edges throughout the program
