Singles FS Test Elements (PrePre-Juv)

JF - Juvenile Freestyle Test

Jumps
  • 3 different singles, one of which must be an Axel
  • One jump from: split, stag, falling leaf, half loop
Combos Jump combo with 2 singles
Spins
  • Forward sit spin (min 4 revs)
  • (Ladies) Layback or Attitude spin (min 4 revs)
  • (Men) Forward camel (min 4 revs)
  • Spin combo with 1 change of foot; change of position is optional. Must include one of the following positions: camel, sit or attitude (min 4 revs/foot)
Moves Connecting moves consisting of spirals, strong edges, etc should be demonstrated throughout the program

PJF - PreJuvenile Freestyle Test

Jumps
  • Loop
  • Flip
  • Lutz
Combos Jump combo with choice of above with a loop jump. The loop jump must be the second jump.
Spins
  • Camel spin (min 3 revs)
  • Camel to sit spin combo (no change of foot) (min 6 total revs)
  • Front scratch to back scratch combo - exit on spinning foot (min 4 revs/foot)
Moves Connecting moves and steps should be demonstrated throughout the program

  • Salchow
  • Loop

Combos Waltz-Toe Loop combination jump

  • One-foot upright spin (optional free foot) (min 3 revs)
  • One-foot backspin (entry optional) (min 3 revs)
  • Sit spin (recognizable sit position) (min 3 revs)
