All tests, when marked "Retry", shall not be retaken prior to the 27th day following the date of the original test. Example: A test taken on May 1 and marked "Retry" may not be retaken before May 28, the 28th being the twenty-seventh (27th) day following the date of the original test (TR 24.01, TR 31.01, TR 37.01, TR 48.01)
