Grace Elements - Shoot the Duck

The Shoot-the-Duck position looks just like a sit spin position. The difference is that in a sit spin the skater spins around a center, in a Shoot-the-Duck the skater glides either forward or backward.

The skater bends the skating knee, and extends the freeleg "in front" of his body.  The arms are extended in an attractive position.
